Since I apparently never got this beast up and meant to. Those holds that look to Sea Cliffs for protection are listed here, along with their major contribution and their Lord and/or Lady Holder, as well as the Heir.
Sky's Rim:
Provides- Nuts, fruits, wood, metal and stone
Lord/Lady- Lord Jacobi and Lady Wyrena Vereni (Married 5 Turns)
Heir to the Hold- Riddick (3 Turns)
Based almost on the cliffs, this hold is known for its brave explorers and lumberjacks.
Shell Cave:
Provides- Fish, kelp, coral, etc.
Lord/Lady- Lady Fawtha Kitorin (Widowed 5 Turns)
Heir to the Hold- Gregor (45 Turns)
Filled to brim with stout hearted fishermen and women who take to the sea to bring home the bacon!
Emerald Plains:
Provides- Beasts and fowl, grains and other foodstuffs
Lord/Lady- Lord Pryden and Lady Sheena Lyreida (Married 30 Turns)
